A cross-tool shared project memory system that allows Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity to load and automatically inject tier-1 memory (INDEX and handoff) at session start, while installing git hooks to enforce memory updates and block secrets from entering repositories. The system stores a single source of truth in .project-memory/handoff.md and uses SessionStart hooks and generated entry files to keep all three agents synchronized without re-explaining or re-scanning the project.
