This Claude Code plugin injects time-of-day and elapsed-time context into agent turns via XML tags on every prompt and periodically during long runs, so the model stays aware of wall-clock time and how long it has been working. It uses two hooks (PreCompact and UserPromptSubmit) and a Node.js script to compute elapsed durations from the transcript without requiring any configuration or state files.
