ops-pack
The ops-pack provides cross-vendor service-desk operations including board health auditing, dispatch prioritization, SLA monitoring, and shift handoffs by dynamically connecting to any PSA (Autotask, HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Syncro, Kaseya BMS) and optionally RMM or on-call tools through the WYRE Conduit MCP gateway. It bundles judgment logic for escalation decisions, dispatch scoring, and ticket hygiene on top of the connected PSA's native data without hardcoding vendor-specific APIs.
