This Claude Code plugin automatically generates session titles from the first prompt and optionally refreshes them as conversations evolve, using either the local Claude Haiku model or a local Ollama instance. It hooks into the UserPromptSubmit event to capture AI-generated title suggestions and apply them as official session titles.
