The unpaged plugin renders Claude Code plans as interactive whiteboards on Unpaged, visualizing phases, tasks, and dependencies as connected canvases, then compiles an as-built record documenting what shipped versus planned and all implementation decisions. Comments mentioning @agent on the canvas are automatically pushed back to the session, and the listener checks every 30 seconds to keep plan and implementation in sync.
