This plugin provides session continuity for Claude Code by writing a HANDOVER.md file at the end of work sessions and picking up context at the start of the next one, with drift detection and mid-task context clearing. A SessionStart hook automatically re-injects the handover after /fresh or /clear commands and reminds you to consult the active plan and task ledger.
