Voice Bridge adds text-to-speech capabilities to Claude Code, automatically speaking responses aloud using one of five configurable TTS engines (edge-tts, say, espeak, kokoro, or elevenlabs). The plugin operates via hooks and an MCP server, with four free local engines available by default and an optional paid elevenlabs integration.
