Prospector is a discovery-stage plugin that validates problem framing through structured interviews, evidence collection, and iterative MVP testing before development—complementing the Optimizer by determining whether a problem is worth solving at all. It maintains a living problem model, surveys existing solutions, designs the whole plugin before building, and ships intentionally shallow (but never narrow) MVPs that cover every user-stated core need or document deferral reasons.
