This plugin measures how much of your agent's loaded context—skills, MCP servers, subagents, hooks, and prose—is actually invoked by analyzing session transcripts, then reversibly prunes unused components. It provides two skills: `/skillreaper:reap` to identify unused loaded resources and their costs, and `/skillreaper:gap` to measure how much of each category gets touched in practice.
