Claude-Mem for Cowork captures tool use via hooks and streams fragments to cmem.ai, where a Pro server runs the observer and compiles observations that are injected back into new sessions and spawned agents. Retrieval works via the existing MCP memory_search endpoint; capture is inert until cmem.ai's ingest/context endpoints ship.
