A Stop hook that verifies agents have actually run and passed matching test, build, or lint commands before claiming success, reading the session transcript to find evidence. If no matching command with exit code 0 ran after the last code edit, the hook blocks the stop and tells the agent which claim lacks a receipt, asking it to run the check or admit it didn't.
