deus-witness
Deus Witness is a Claude Code plugin that intercepts all tool calls (Bash, Edit, Write, Read, WebFetch, MCP) and sends them to a witness server for approval against a user-signed mandate before execution, returning signed receipts for offline verification. It integrates via hooks at SessionStart and PreToolUse, requires the deus-witness PyPI package (v0.2.46+) and uv, and supports trial mode or full account setup at witness.sipkigroup.com.
