RoadRaven is a local desktop application that renders a project roadmap as an interactive tree, keeping plans synchronized with actual work by accepting live status updates over WebSocket from Claude Code, CI jobs, scripts, and other MCP hosts. The roadmap is stored as plain JSON in your repo and can be edited directly while agents work on tasks, with each node wired to real work that automatically updates its status as progress happens.
