This plugin provides two agent runtimes for ruflo: local WASM-sandboxed agents (wasm_agent_* / wasm_gallery_* tools) with zero trust and offline capability, plus Anthropic Claude Managed Agents (managed_agent_* tools) for long-running cloud tasks with persistent state. Both runtimes share a unified mental model and API surface, with graceful degradation when keys or dependencies are absent.
