session-management
Three slash commands manage a Claude Code session's lifecycle: `/session-recap` tracks ongoing tasks mid-session, `/resume-all` recovers from disruptions like sleep or network changes, and `/finish-session` closes out all open items before ending the session. The plugin hooks the "close" command to trigger session closure with safety checks, and uses bash scripting to track and restart background processes exactly as they were.
