A Claude Code plugin that generates a machine-readable knowledge base in the CKB v0.2 format inside any repository at ckb/, including eight human-readable architectural docs (C4 views, workflows, business rules, security, operations) plus a structured ckb.json and provenance-tracked claims with confidence levels. It supports 30+ manifest types and 20+ web frameworks, enforces read-only writes to ckb/ via hooks, and skips regeneration when the knowledge base is fresh.
