worktree-guard prevents concurrent Claude sessions from editing the same git checkout by blocking edits in the main branch and directing users to a git worktree instead. It intercepts file edits and checkout-moving bash commands, checks the session registry for other active sessions, and allows operations only on repo root files or within the designated worktree directory.
