This Claude Code plugin scores every skill against your typed prompt in real-time using TypeSafe's Jev API, showing confidence scores and allowing you to observe, block, or steer which skills Claude can load. It intercepts skill selection before Claude sees the list, using a two-request ranking method that first gates on whether a skill is needed, then re-ranks the top 3 candidates against the beginning of their documentation.
