This plugin installs and bootstraps Discord Rich Presence for Claude Code on its first session by running the claude-rpc installer, then remains passive as the daemon takes over. It's a thin wrapper around the documented claude-rpc installer that uses a SessionStart hook to set up lifecycle integration with Claude Code.
