qsm-secrets
qsm-secrets is a Claude Code plugin that routes credentials from Bitwarden or libsecret to commands without exposing secret values to the agent, using a compiled binary wrapper and skill hooks to intercept tool calls and environment variable substitution. The plugin prevents credentials from entering transcripts or logs by passing secrets directly to the command's pipe or environment while the agent sees only metadata and placeholder references.
