A repeatable web research agent that runs iterative searches through SearXNG, refines keywords, consults Context7 and Tavily for harder queries, fetches pages in a real browser, and escalates to humans at paywalls or CAPTCHAs. The plugin replaces the harness's default WebSearch and WebFetch with a loop that names sources, reports every blocked step, and reuses well-written upstream tools rather than reimplementing them.
