This plugin installs four opt-in hooks that integrate with the core plugin to review commit messages on integration branches, run a quorum of external models on multiple-choice questions before showing them to the user, and mark prompts for skill-tuner processing. Two hooks send session data (commit messages and questions) to OpenAI, Anthropic, and OpenRouter; one lightweight hook marks prompts locally without external communication.
