session-title
pgoell ★ 1
A Claude Code hook that automatically names each new session based on its working directory folder, current git branch, and start time, making it easier to distinguish sessions in the Remote Control list. The hook runs at session start and after clearing, printing a formatted title like "server-infra main 10-18 11:09" (or without branch if no git repo is present).
