pm-chief-of-staff
pe-menezes ★ 3
A personal Chief of Staff system for product managers that grows from an initial discovery interview into a modular second brain: layered memory in markdown files, daily routines (open/close day, meeting processing, conversation prep), and an agent that adapts itself based on your feedback and needs. The plugin plants starter skills into your own folder and never overwrites them on updates, letting you customize every workflow to your specific role and context.
