lsa
LSA (Living Spec Architecture) is a technology-agnostic spec layer that grounds requirements and acceptance criteria in your codebase before building, then verifies the delivered diff afterward to ensure it does exactly what was specified. It wraps any coding agent (Claude Code, Cursor, human) with industry-standard EARS requirements and Gherkin scenarios, performing two critical checks: verify (before) to ensure specs reference real, buildable code, and reconcile (after) to confirm the diff matches the spec's intent.
