This plugin enforces platform governance hooks that run for all enabled users, capturing session lifecycle events (SessionStart, SessionEnd, PostToolUseFailure, PreCompact) and applying optional ai-governance policy gates via PreToolUse/PostToolUse hooks when projects define a .ai-governance.yaml file. It ships a learnings.sh utility script on PATH and executes bash commands to implement enforcement logic.
