A Claude Code plugin that displays a real-time band above the prompt showing all active Bash commands, MCP calls, and subagents with their elapsed time and configured time limits. The band appears only when operations exceed a configurable threshold (default 5 seconds) and marks rows as "OVER" when advisory warn times are exceeded, without enforcing any actual limits or stopping operations.
