This plugin provides five Japanese-language agent skills for creating and reviewing technical documentation: Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), agent instruction files (AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md), project documentation, optional human-facing HTML resources, and independent document reviews with verified findings. It separates documentation generation from evaluation to avoid feedback bias, implements findings-first validation that checks links and consistency against implementation, and supports multi-agent compatibility through the Agent Skills open standard.
