This plugin provides five skills for authoring and reviewing technical documentation: creating Architecture Decision Records, agent instruction files, project docs, optional HTML docs, and independently reviewing documents with verified findings. It separates creation from evaluation using a Generator-Evaluator pattern, where the independent reviewer resists plausible-sounding evaluation by listing findings first and computing verdicts mechanically, and works with any agent following the Agent Skills standard.
