usage-guard makes Claude Code aware of your claude.ai 5-hour and weekly usage limits, conserving budget as they approach and writing a handoff checkpoint before the cutoff hits. It adds zero context cost during normal usage by using hooks only, and can auto-capture state if the limit is exceeded mid-task.
