prep-branch
prep-branch prepares your local checkout to start a ticket by creating or updating a ticket branch from the latest trunk, ensuring a clean working tree, and automatically assigning the ticket to you and moving its board card to In progress. It performs read-only preflight checks for blockers and conflicts, asks before any operation that could lose work, and reports changes to lockfiles and manifests across multiple package managers.
