This Claude Code plugin monitors conversation context size and prompt cache TTL, notifying you when context crosses configured thresholds (150k, 250k, 400k tokens by default) or when the cache has expired before your next request. It can optionally block prompts when cache expiration would trigger an expensive rewrite, helping you strategically use /compact or /clear commands to minimize token costs.
