A hard quality gate plugin that forces structured visual review of rendered UI before judging it ready, preventing the "compile → screenshot → looks good → done" pattern from shipping obvious defects. It uses a Stop hook to block turns when UI was edited but not rendered/reviewed, a PostToolUse hook to remind about transcription, an automated QC command, and an independent adversarial subagent reviewer to catch visual defects.
