ascent-delivery
The ASCENT delivery loop plugin enforces a structured deployment workflow (decide, build, test, gate, review, fix, definition of done, operator handoff, beta verification, prod, release) with file-modification audits and independent review verification. A PreToolUse hook blocks all git writes, gh writes, and deploys in Bash to ensure the operator maintains the deployment boundary and executes operations from a generated runbook.
