agent-seatbelt
Agent Seatbelt is a self-contained Python hook that intercepts and evaluates tool calls—shell commands, file writes, and MCP calls—before execution, denying destructive operations like recursive deletes, secret exfiltration, and production deploys while explaining safer alternatives. It runs entirely offline with no external dependencies, providing deobfuscation, blast-radius reporting, pre-destruction snapshots, injection flagging, and tamper-evident audit logging.
