Code Gauntlet runs pull requests through a multi-stage adversarial review process with seven concern-specialized Claude agents (bug detection, security, cross-file impact, testing, conventions, type design, and simplification) that operate in parallel before findings survive deterministic verification, skeptical validation, and blind challenge stages. It integrates with GitHub and GitLab, delivers results as PR/MR comments or markdown, includes prompt-injection defenses, and measures itself against a pinned benchmark using symmetric adjudication.
