Gangsta is an AI agentic skills framework for spec-driven development that organizes six specialized agents in a mafia-hierarchy model with phases spanning reconnaissance, adversarial brainstorming, formal spec drafting, task decomposition, parallel execution, and delivery. The framework enforces strict governance rules (Omerta), maintains institutional memory via a Family Ledger, and gates every phase with developer approval.
