This plugin embeds a reviewer-facing provenance receipt into PR bodies when Claude runs `gh pr create` or `glab mr create`, recording tool calls, agent-authored lines, and test commands with exit codes. A PostToolUse hook maintains a per-session ledger, while a PreToolUse hook rewrites the PR body to include real prompt count, estimated spend, test tally, and agent-vs-human authored-line split.
