This PreToolUse hook intercepts destructive Bash commands (rm, rmdir, mv, mkdir, touch, find) and blocks or prompts when the target path differs only in case from what exists on case-insensitive filesystems like APFS and NTFS. It properly resolves command context through cd chains, subshells, quotes, and shell connectors without making probe filesystem calls.
