jr-time tracks every minute of a Claude Code session, sorting activity into categories (prompt window, Claude working, user idle, etc.) and calculates billable time with adjustable ratios and hourly rates per project. Users can view billable hours and amounts by day/week/month, adjust billing parameters via arrow keys, and export reports to CSV or Markdown from the `/jrtime` command pane.
