A local kanban board that tracks Claude Code sessions in real-time using hooks and a Node.js server, displaying sessions across columns for "Needs me," "Working," "Your turn," and closed sessions, with one-click resume commands. Session state is logged to a local JSONL file and stays entirely on the machine for privacy, with token-based access control limited to 127.0.0.1.
