bob-talks-back is a Claude desktop app mod that speaks a brief summary of each reply aloud with synchronized captions, and displays questions and approval prompts in a panel instead of in-chat. It adds text-to-speech output (using Mac's free voice by default, or OpenAI's voices with an API key) and optional speech-to-text input via a microphone button.
