go-gin-stress-test validates Go Gin server configurations before load testing, detecting settings that invalidate measurements (debug mode, -race builds, exposed pprof, pinned GOMAXPROCS) and checking runtime instrumentation, timeouts, and database pool settings. It provides a PreToolUse hook that warns when load-testing tools are invoked and offers a skill to apply Prometheus instrumentation and run microbenchmarks with benchstat.
