Nightshift brings OpenAI's Codex into Claude Code as a fallback when Claude's usage limits are reached, enabling voice conversations, image generation, and browser automation through Codex while maintaining a unified chat interface. It runs Codex locally via the Codex CLI with your existing ChatGPT plan login, streaming messages and voice through OpenAI while displaying results in Claude's browser pane.
