wrap-up is a knowledge-maintenance skill that closes agent sessions by consolidating durable signal from queues and conversations, then updates project artifacts so the next session starts with established decisions and context already in place. It probes for unrouted work, extracts preferences and rationale, routes findings to the appropriate project role (instruction store, memory index, entry point, etc.), and verifies all writes before completing the handoff.
