Flux Point is a Claude Code plugin that enforces a programmable Definition of Done through two drivers: loop mode makes an agent's cycle verifiable with a Stop-hook gate that blocks completion until harness checks pass, and graph mode compiles declarative WORK.md specifications into deterministic multi-agent workflows with typed contracts and verification tiers. The harness, never the agent, decides when work is done.
