The fp-yoohoo plugin brings Claude Code's terminal window to the front when it needs user input, such as permission prompts or dialog questions, and falls back to a bell and desktop notification on systems where window raising isn't possible. It supports KDE, Hyprland, sway, X11, macOS, and Windows with configurable modes (off, hint, or on).
