quick-notes captures and searches personal notes via natural language skills ("take-note" and "find-notes") and a `/note` slash command, storing them durably in an append-only JSON Lines event log. Notes persist separately from plugin code, survive crashes, support hashtag indexing, filtering by date/tag/keyword, and can be exported to Markdown.
