Agentic Readiness Assessment is an agent skill that evaluates a software repository's readiness for AI-driven development by scoring 14 weighted areas (with three mandatory gates) covering documentation, build setup, testing, CI/CD, and agent guardrails, then produces an evidence-based readiness scorecard with actionable recommendations. The assessment runs entirely locally, performs safe reversible probes on the repository, and records executed commands with their results to verify capabilities rather than relying on configuration files alone.
