The remote-resume plugin lets you list, search, and resume Claude Code sessions from the Claude app or mobile phone using the `/rresume` command, including archived Remote Control chats and terminal sessions that normally aren't available. It preserves full session history, model, effort, permissions, and working directory when moving terminal sessions into Remote Control, and automatically archives cleanup chats to avoid clutter.
